There is a strict no pets policy at Illini Tower. This includes goldfish and birds.

Illini Tower hosts a diverse range of residents from all over the world and across the US, and we see this as a true strength of our community. University of Illinois students are given first priority, therefore we encourage all applicants to submit the relevant forms as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

You may request your roommates and suitemates using our Illini Tower Roommates form located under Forms and Resources. Our staff also place residents based on their compatibility. Our returning residents get the first chance to choose their rooms but incoming residents may request rooms after that.

The earlier you and your friends apply, the easier it is for us to assign you to the same suite.

Yes, since Illini Tower is certified through the university, our residents are required to have a meal plan. However, we do offer a variety of meal plan options to fit your needs.

Please note, students in their first academic year on the UIUC campus are required to have a meal plan with no less than two hot meals per day during their first academic year on campus.

Yes! Weekly housekeeping services are provided for all residents and included in our all-inclusive rate.

Illini Tower is a fully wireless building and Internet is included in your monthly installments.

Illini Tower is located on the corner of 5th and Chalmers Street on the U of I campus, Champaign side. I.T. is only 2 blocks from the UIUC main Quad and only 3 blocks from Green Street where you'll find restaurants, shops, and more!

The location is unbeatable and near many bus stops.

Illini Tower lease agreements are for an entire academic year or spring semesters only. Summer housing options are available as well. If you are interesting is summer housing options please contact us.

Yes, underground parking is available for a fee per semester. Limited spaces are available and must be requested. Please contact us if you need more information regarding parking.

All utilites are included in your monthly installments. This includes electricity, water/sewer, gas, trash, Internet, basic cable television, and local telephone. Furniture and a meal plan is also included in your installments.

Each room will come with at least one standard size twin bed.
