No matter what time it is, there’s always someone to provide support if required. We have staff available during the day, Resident Assistants on-call after hours, and a 24-hour front desk.
Staff members are trained in crisis management and dealing with personal issues, and work with University support staff to ensure residents receive all the assistance they require.
